As an Associate Project Manager at AccumTech you will join our growing Project Management Office and assist internal and external teams with project requirements that support a sophisticated healthcare data integration system. You will make sure your team has what they need to ensure project success. You will monitor incoming and outgoing communication to our clients. You will use strong organizational and analytical skills to create project schedules, with milestones, due dates and estimates for those materials that are required. As a member of the Project Management Office, your passion for organization, details, and structure will play a critical role in the success of our projects. You will interface with a cross-functional team to drive collaborative solutions on project work. The ideal candidate for this role will be motivated by dealing with complex process problems and creatively developing solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure your team is fully equipped with the necessary tools to drive project success.
  • Create a project schedule, with milestones, due dates, and estimates for those materials that are required.
  • Help with the documentation of each phase of the project, as well as making summary reports that will be presented to key stakeholders.
  • Assist team leads with organizational efforts and client meetings.
  • Champion team morale and cultivate rapport to cultivate a tightly-knit working unit, bolstering their effectiveness in driving project success.
  • Participate in the company’s agile development process, documenting requirements and interfacing with development, analyst, and project team members.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in project management or an equivalent role.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving capability with ability to notice patterns and turn them into useful insights.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent communication skills in-person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Demonstrated capability to learn new, custom software and learn business processes.
  • Self-starter with a desire to work in a fast-paced, startup environment and take on direct responsibility with a growing company.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
Preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, business, or other related field.
  • Proficiency with Atlassian Products such as Confluence and Jira.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
